缸(gang)(gang)筒(tong)作為液壓缸(gang)(gang)、礦用單體支柱、液壓支架、炮管等產(chan)品的(de)主要(yao)部件,其加工(gong)(gong)質量(liang)的(de)好壞直接影響整個(ge)產(chan)品的(de)壽命和可靠(kao)性(xing)。缸(gang)(gang)筒(tong)加工(gong)(gong)要(yao)求高,其內外(wai)表粗糙度(du)(du)要(yao)求為Ra0.4~0.8μm,對同軸度(du)(du)、耐磨性(xing)要(yao)求嚴厲。缸(gang)(gang)筒(tong)的(de)基本特征(zheng)是深孔加工(gong)(gong),其加工(gong)(gong)一(yi)向困擾加工(gong)(gong)人員。
采用滾(gun)壓(ya)加工(gong),由于(yu)外(wai)表(biao)(biao)(biao)層留有外(wai)表(biao)(biao)(biao)殘余(yu)壓(ya)應力,有助于(yu)外(wai)表(biao)(biao)(biao)微小裂紋(wen)的(de)(de)關(guan)閉,阻止侵蝕作用的(de)(de)擴(kuo)展。從而進(jin)步外(wai)表(biao)(biao)(biao)抗腐蝕能(neng)力,并(bing)能(neng)延(yan)緩疲勞裂紋(wen)的(de)(de)發生或擴(kuo)大,因此進(jin)步缸筒(tong)疲勞強度(du)(du)。通(tong)過滾(gun)壓(ya)成(cheng)型(xing),滾(gun)壓(ya)外(wai)表(biao)(biao)(biao)形成(cheng)一層冷作硬(ying)化層,減(jian)少(shao)了(le)磨削副觸摸外(wai)表(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)彈性(xing)和(he)塑性(xing)變形,從而進(jin)步了(le)缸筒(tong)內壁的(de)(de)耐磨性(xing),一起避(bi)免了(le)因磨削引起的(de)(de)燒傷(shang)。滾(gun)壓(ya)后,外(wai)表(biao)(biao)(biao)粗糙度(du)(du)值的(de)(de)減(jian)小,可進(jin)步合作性(xing)質。
